Tripura Aims to Attract ₹3,000 Crore in Investments through Business Conclave

The Tripura Destination Business Conclave, which began today, is expected to draw investments worth ₹3,000 crore. The event has attracted 150 investors from across India, including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, West Bengal, and Assam.
State Industries & Commerce Secretary, Kiran Gitte, said several memoranda of understanding will be signed between investment companies and the Tripura Government in the presence of Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha. The state government is committed to supporting startups and MSMEs, aiming to support 200 startups annually under its Startup Policy 2025.
The conclave aims to showcase Tripura's policies, incentives, and facilities to investors. With its strategic location and business-friendly policies, Tripura is emerging as a promising hub for investments in Northeast India. The event is a significant step towards promoting economic growth and development in the state.
