Ektaa reacted to the criticism by sharing a meme on her Instagram Stories, quipping 'Eggjacctlyyy' in response to a scene where a Naagin was seen transforming into a dragon and breathing fire.
The social media stir started after users shared a screenshot from the episode featuring a blue screen in the background, with visible wires and actors lying there. One Reddit user wrote, 'This looks like raw VFX footage, not a finished episode.'
This is not the first time Ektaa has addressed concerns about using AI or editing in the show. In March, she admitted to facing negative reactions for the use of AI, pointing out the writers responsible for the show's content.
Naagin 7 is the seventh season of one of Indian television's longest-running franchises, following a shape-shifting naagin who sets out to save the world while avenging her family's murder.
