The historical drama Raja Shivaji, starring Riteish Deshmukh, has seen a sharp dip in its box office collection on its fourth day of release, which is also its first Monday in theatres.

The film, which hit theatres on May 1, collected ₹5.6 crore on its fourth day, bringing the total India gross collections to ₹46.95 crore and the total India net collections to ₹39.50 crore so far.

Raja Shivaji, which received mixed reviews, had a record-breaking opening and set a new benchmark for the biggest opening ever for a Marathi film.

The film also stars Abhishek Bachchan, Genelia Deshmukh, Sanjay Dutt, and Salman Khan in a special appearance.
