Craig Long, a 41-year-old MAGA influencer, was among 266 people arrested in a prostitution sting in Polk County, Florida. Long, who has a fitness company in Tampa and over 500K followers on TikTok, was arrested along with January 6 rioter Ryan Yates. Sheriff Grady Judd announced the arrests were related to prostitution, human trafficking, and child predators.
Long, who claims to be 'outspoken' on his social media bios, has a history of being a felon and supporter of gun rights. He even met President Donald Trump at a UFC event in Florida. Judd said Long's arrest will give him 'content for social media.'
Ryan Yates, the January 6 rioter, was also arrested in the sting. He was sentenced to jail in 2024 for his conduct at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Yates had been arrested by the FBI in 2023 and was ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution.
