Pakistan was struck by a 5.4 magnitude earthquake on Saturday morning, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre.
The quake, which was 35 km deep, occurred at around 8:36am local time and has not resulted in any reported damage.
This comes just days after two massive earthquakes in Venezuela left a trail of destruction, with a death toll of over 1,000 and more than 50,000 people still missing.
Pakistan is located in a seismically active zone and has experienced several devastating earthquakes in recent years, including a 7.6 magnitude quake in 2005 and a 7.7 magnitude quake in 2013.
