The US has reportedly shared a 15-point peace plan with Iran to end the ongoing conflict in the Middle East region, with some reports stating that the US has sought a month-long ceasefire to discuss the proposal.
Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has publicly announced that Islamabad is ready to facilitate the talks, with US President Donald Trump taking a screenshot of Sharif's post and sharing it on his Truth Social account.
Trump said that the US is in 'negotiations right now', adding that his special envoys are all participants in the talks, and that Iran wants to make a deal 'so badly'.
Meanwhile, tensions between Israel and Iran continue to rise, with Israeli defence minister Israel Katz saying that the campaign against Iran will continue 'at full intensity'.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also spoken to Trump, affirming that New Delhi backs the restoration of peace in the Middle East at the earliest.
