Former Tamil Nadu chief minister O Panneerselvam responded with a witty remark, 'People will throw glass bottles at each other when they get angry.'
The remark triggered laughter across the House, briefly interrupting proceedings and lightening the mood in the Assembly.
Chief minister Vijay smiled as the House burst into laughter, with several legislators and Speaker JCD Prabhakar also appearing amused.
