The Dutch opened the scoring in the third minute with a deflected cross from Denzel Dumfries, before doubling their lead in the seventh minute through Brian Brobbey's powerful finish.
Jan Paul van Hecke sealed the win with his first-ever World Cup goal in the 62nd minute, as Tunisia's Hazem Mastouri scored a consolation goal in the 54th minute.
The Netherlands will now face Morocco in the round of 32 on Monday in Monterrey, Mexico.
