Spain have finally found their footing at the FIFA World Cup 2026, ending a 294-minute scoreless streak with a resounding 4-0 victory over Saudi Arabia.

Lamine Yamal broke the deadlock just 10 minutes into the match, tapping in a cross from Mikel Oyarzabal, who went on to score twice and set up the opening goal.

Spain dominated the match, with Oyarzabal's second goal coming just four minutes after his first, and a third goal was added in the first half.

Despite being substituted in the second half, Oyarzabal's impact was immense, and Saudi Arabia's struggles continued, capped off by an unfortunate own goal from Hassan Al Tambakti.

Spain will look to build on this win as they face Uruguay next in Group H.
