MS Dhoni, India's celebrated former captain, has been inducted into the ICC Cricket Hall of Fame for his unparalleled leadership, wicket-keeping prowess, and batting excellence. With an impressive record of 17,266 international runs, 829 dismissals, and 538 matches across formats, Dhoni's consistency, fitness, and longevity have cemented his legacy as one of the greatest finishers, leaders, and wicket-keepers in the game. Reacting to the honour, Dhoni expressed his gratitude, stating that it would stay with him forever. "It is an honour to be named in the ICC Hall of Fame, which recognises the contributions of cricketers across generations and from all over the world. To have your name remembered alongside such all-time greats is a wonderful feeling. It is something that I will cherish forever," he said. Dhoni led India to victories in the 2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 ODI World Cup, and 2013 Champions Trophy before retiring from international cricket in 2020. He continues to play in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for Chennai Super Kings, the team he has been associated with since his international debut in 2004.
