Canva, the popular online graphic design tool, faced widespread issues on Wednesday, leaving thousands of users frustrated. According to Downdetector, over 2000 people reported problems with Canva, with 71% facing issues with the website.
Users took to social media to express their frustration, with some sharing images of the errors they encountered. The issues ranged from 'can't open design' to 'connection lost' and '404' errors.
While Canva has yet to comment on the outage, users tried various fixes to resolve the issues. These included refreshing the page, clearing browser cache and cookies, switching to incognito mode, and disabling VPN or proxy.
However, given the widespread nature of the outage, it is unlikely that user-end fixes will yield results. The reason for the outage is still unknown, and users are left waiting for Canva to resolve the issue.
