PlayStation Network or PSN experienced a massive outage on Thursday, affecting thousands of users. According to Downdetector, over 2300 users faced issues with server connections. Gamers were unable to access certain titles and sign in to their accounts.
Users took to social media to express their frustration, with many expecting better services from PlayStation. Some users tried to troubleshoot the issue by verifying login credentials, resetting the console's network and user cache, and restarting the console.
However, given the widespread nature of the outage, user-level fixes are unlikely to solve the problem. Gamers are advised to wait for PSN services to be restored from PlayStation's side.
