Pope Leo XIV drew a massive crowd of 100,000 worshippers to an open-air Mass in Angola, where he condemned corruption and called for a more equitable society.
During his visit, the Pope spoke out against the 'scourge of corruption' and the exploitation of natural resources, which have left around a third of Angola's population living in poverty.
Leo's message of hope and justice resonated with the crowd, who turned out in large numbers to hear him speak.
The Pope's visit to Angola is part of a four-nation African tour, which has also taken him to Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea.
Leo's trip has been marked by a high-profile spat with US President Donald Trump, who labelled him 'weak' and said he 'was not a fan'.
