Darrell Sheets, the beloved reality TV star known as 'The Gambler' on A&E's Storage Wars, has passed away at 67, according to TMZ reports.
Following his death, some of his past social media posts resurfaced, revealing his thoughts on Donald Trump.
In February 2017, Sheets made a light joke about Trump, saying he was 'copying' him. However, by March 2018, his tone turned serious, and he wrote a message to Trump, saying 'hang in there, you are just cleaning the bottom of a very dirty aquarium.'
Later, Sheets expressed his support for Trump, saying he was 'proud to be an American.'
Sheets' death was confirmed after police in Lake Havasu, Arizona, responded to a report of a deceased individual at his home. He was pronounced dead at the scene, with the cause of death being an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
The case remains under investigation, with officials noting that Sheets had faced health issues in the past, including a heart attack in 2019.
