Teen Bank Heist Suspect Brailen Weaver Led Police on 130mph Chase

The 18-year-old, Brailen Weaver, has been identified as the suspect in the alleged murder of two bank employees in Kentucky.

Weaver faces charges of armed bank robbery, the use of a firearm during a violent crime, and causing death with a firearm in the commission of a violent crime.

According to the federal affidavit, Weaver entered a U.S. Bank in Berea at 1:57 p.m. on April 30 and shot and killed a male bank employee and a female bank teller.

Weaver shared a meme on social media that evening featuring an alien mask and the phrase 'I pledge allegiance to da bag.'

He was apprehended by authorities at 3:00 a.m. on May 1 after a high-speed chase reaching 130 mph.

Weaver is set to appear in court on May 4.
