A career coach has highlighted the risks of relocating to the US, warning that some individuals are better off in India.

Anushk Sharma, Head of Growth at Open Venture, advises against moving to the US for those earning ₹15-20L in Computer Science, IT, or Data Science, as their post-graduation salary may not match their current earnings.

He also cautions against those entering the workforce with no skills, as a US degree is not a guarantee of employment without relevant skills.

Additionally, Sharma warns against individuals who cannot afford relocation, as taking on debt in the US can lead to a 10-year debt sentence.
