(IHCL) for the establishment of a Hospitality Skill Development Centre of Excellence in Khumulwng.

This proposed world-class hospitality training centre will undoubtedly open several avenues for our talented youngsters and will also encourage others to establish similar centres to meet the needs of our state.

Tripura Maharaj Pradyot Said on her social media, It is indeed an honour that Tata company ( Tata Strive and IHCL) have agreed to partner with us in TTAADC  for skill and hospitality development . I have personally fought tooth and nail to get something new for our state and ADC and i hope we will be able to do more.

IHCL runs 38 training centers in 19 Indian states and aims to train 1,00,000 young people by 2030. Tata STRIVE has helped over 1.8 million people, with 70% finding jobs or starting their own businesses.

This initiative follows the success of a similar project in Assam and will help improve the lives of tribal youth in Tripura.
