Actor Ajay Devgn and director Om Raut worked together on Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, which became a huge box-office success upon release in 2020 and went on to win three National Awards.
However, recent reports suggesting that the duo is set to reunite for a new project have been denied by Ajay's team.
A spokesperson from Ajay Devgn and Devgn Films stated, “We have come across recent media reports suggesting that Ajay Devgn and Om Raut are reuniting for a film based on an unsung warrior. We would like to clarify that there are currently no such discussions or collaborations taking place with the director. The story is baseless and entirely untrue.”
Ajay Devgn is currently busy with Drishyam 3, set to release in theatres on October 2, 2026, four years after part 2 hit the big screens. The film is directed by Abhishek Pathak and written by Abhishek Pathak, Aamil Keeyan Khan and Parveez Shaikh.
