Actor and filmmaker Aushim Khetrapal is on a mission to give kinnars a voice and identity in society through his new film, 'Children of God'. The film is based on true stories of the kinnar community and aims to highlight their problems and promote equality.

Khetrapal, who has worked on various projects including 'Shirdi Sai Baba' and 'Baba Ramsa Peer', believes that kinnars are the 'true Children of God' and deserve equal rights and respect.

The film, which was shot in various locations including Uttaranchal and Madhya Pradesh, features 40 kinnars in key roles. Khetrapal, who plays a spiritual mentor in the film, aims to spread awareness and promote the cause through various mediums including theatre, OTT, TV, and YouTube.

Khetrapal's foundation, Sai Baba Foundation, works for various causes, and this endeavour is to give voice to the kinnar community and promote their rights. He believes that kinnars are blessed to take problems from people onto themselves and should be considered the 'first citizen'.
