In the film, Agastya plays the role of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, the youngest Param Vir Chakra recipient who fought and died at 21 during the 1971 Indo-Pak War. Bachchan, who has seen the film, took to his blog to express his pride in Agastya's 'mature' and 'unfiltered' performance. He reminisced about the time he held Agastya as a newborn baby, marveling at the young actor's growth and maturity.
