Actor Jaideep Ahlawat is still reeling from the loss of Dharmendra, who passed away last year. However, he cherishes the memories of working with the veteran actor on their final film together, Ikkis. In a recent interview, Jaideep reflected on the void left by Dharmendra's absence during the film's promotion: 'I wish he could have been there to watch the film and witness his own work.' He praised Dharmendra's humility, saying, 'He never made you feel like a superstar. He treated everyone like family, always cracking jokes and sharing stories.' Jaideep fondly remembered Dharmendra's warm demeanor on set, recalling the time the legendary actor playfully told him, 'Kinna sona munda hai' (You're such a handsome guy). Directed by Sriram Raghavan and produced by Dinesh Vijan, Ikkis is a tribute to Second Lieutenant Arun Khetpal, India's youngest Param Vir Chakra recipient. The film stars Agastya Nanda, Simar Bhatia, and Jaideep Ahlawat, with Dharmendra's performance adding emotional depth to the story.
