Prabhas' The Raja Saab Premieres in Andhra Pradesh with ₹1000 Ticket Price; Government Approves Hike

The Andhra Pradesh government has given the green light to a ticket price increase for the highly anticipated film, The Raja Saab, starring Prabhas. Starting this week, paid premieres will see a maximum ticket price of ₹1000, while regular shows will feature revised rates. The hike for regular shows amounts to ₹150, making the cost per seat ₹297 in single-screen theatres. Multiplexes in the state will also see a ₹200 increase, with ticket prices now capped at ₹377 per seat for the first ten days of the film's release. The team behind The Raja Saab has been granted permission to screen up to five shows per day during this period. The film, directed by Maruthi and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, features a star-studded cast including Prabhas, Sanjay Dutt, Zarina Wahab, and Malavika Mohanan, among others. The Raja Saab follows the story of Prabhas' character, Raja Saab, as he searches for answers in an abandoned haveli, only to find himself trapped in a world of secrets and supernatural elements. The film promises a horror-comedy experience that promises to be 'Darling entertainment' as per Prabhas himself. The Raja Saab is set to release worldwide on January 9 in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. With its unique blend of horror and comedy, the film is expected to make a big impact at the box office this Sankranti season.
