Celebrity couple Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra nearly experienced a dramatic turn at the 98th Academy Awards when their golf cart almost tipped over before their red carpet appearance.
The incident occurred on March 15, as the couple was being driven to the Oscars venue in a golf cart. A video shared by TMZ shows the cart speeding towards the venue, picking up pace, and making a sharp turn, causing it to rock and one wheel to briefly lift off the ground.
The driver quickly regained control, and the couple, seemingly calm, stepped out onto the red carpet. Priyanka looked stunning in a white Dior gown, while Nick wore a classic black tuxedo.
Despite the close call, the couple enjoyed their evening, with Priyanka presenting the award for Best International Feature Film alongside Javier Bardem. The award went to the Norwegian film Sentimental Value.
