Priyanka Chopra Reveals What Her Late Dad Would Have Chosen for Her Life Partner

Actor Priyanka Chopra has spoken about how close she was to her father, Ashok Chopra, who passed away in 2013 after battling cancer. In a recent podcast appearance, Priyanka shared that she believes her father would have chosen Nick Jonas as her life partner if he had the chance.
Priyanka reflected on whether Nick would have gotten along well with her father, saying, 'Nick is exactly the kind of person my dad would have picked for me if he had a choice. You know, someone who's a musician. My dad's first love was music.'
She added, 'Whenever I want to be re-inspired, I go to the studio to watch Nick work because he's in the zone and he creates from ideas and inspiration, and he puts things together so beautifully.'
Priyanka also praised Nick as a 'very wise soul' and said her father would have wanted someone like that for her. She expressed her wish that her father would have met her husband and daughter.
Priyanka's bond with her father was exceptionally close, and she continues to remember him on several occasions. She even has a wrist tattoo dedicated to him.
Priyanka and Nick tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their first child, daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, in 2022 via surrogacy.
