The project, which already features Vidya Balan, had been searching for a third female lead. After an extensive search, the team has finalized Raashii for the role, impressed by her previous performances in projects like 120 Bahadur and The Sabarmati Report. This reunion between Bazmee and Kumar is highly anticipated, given their 2005 hit Welcome, which remains a cult classic to this day. Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar is gearing up for the release of his next film, Bhooth Bangla, now scheduled for May 15, and another project, Welcome To The Jungle, is set for a release later this year.
