Ranveer Singh's spokesperson has issued a statement following the ban by the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) over the Don 3 feud with Farhan Akhtar.

The spokesperson said Ranveer holds the highest regard for the film fraternity and the Don franchise, and has chosen to maintain silence throughout the recent developments.

Ranveer has never considered it necessary to respond publicly or contribute to conjecture, and his focus remains firmly on his work and commitments ahead.

He continues to hold deep respect and goodwill for all those involved and sincerely wishes the franchise continued success.

The FWICE issued a non-cooperation directive against Ranveer and urged the film industry not to work with the actor, citing his conduct as unprofessional.

The ban was issued after Ranveer was given a chance to sort out the issue with the workers' body, but he replied that it was not the 'appropriate forum' to address their contractual issues.
