Sudha Kongara's latest film, Parasakthi, starring Sivakarthikeyan, Sreeleela, and Ravi Mohan, hit theaters on Saturday, but it's the latter's performance that's drawing the spotlight. Kenishaa Francis, Ravi's rumored girlfriend, recently watched the film and praised his portrayal of the antagonist, Thirunaadan. According to her, the film's success hinges on Ravi's performance, saying 'he is number 1 in this film.' Kenishaa's comments come as Parasakthi continues to attract viewers, having grossed over ₹12 crore in India. Despite mixed reviews, the film's distributor, Red Giant Movies, is optimistic about its prospects. When asked about the film's clearance by the CBFC, Kenishaa showed respect for the government and the law, stating that both parties were right in their own way. Parasakthi, which is set in 1960s Madras, follows two brothers participating in an anti-Hindi imposition agitation in Tamil Nadu. The film, which features a star-studded cast including Dev Ramnath, Prithvi Rajan, and Guru Somasundaram, has received praise for Ravi's performance, with fans and critics alike praising his portrayal of Thirunaadan.
