He added that the film's portrayal of unsung heroes is a 'luxury' for those who have never faced the truth. Oberoi also commended Aditya Dhar for his direction, comparing it to Animal's cinematic brilliance. He praised the cast, particularly Ranveer Singh's understated performance and Akshaye Khanna's 'magnificent' turn as a ruthless gangster.
