An Amber Alert has been issued for four-year-old Daleza Fregoso, who is believed to have been abducted in the Arlington Heights area of Los Angeles.
The California Highway Patrol issued the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department, stating that Daleza and her suspect, 44-year-old Ruben Fregoso, were last seen around 4 am on Sunday in the Alsace Avenue and Ferndale Street area.
The suspect is believed to be driving a white 2019 Land Rover Discovery SUV with the California license plate 9DAW715, but the CHP reported that the car was located on Monday evening.
Daleza is described as 3 feet tall, weighing 45 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, while Ruben is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs around 200 pounds.
The public is urged to remain alert and contact emergency services if they spot the individuals. Anyone with information about their whereabouts is urged to call 911.
