A former JPMorgan banker has filed new evidence supporting his sex abuse allegations against bank executive Lorna Hajdini, including a witness statement from an anonymous friend who claims to have been invited to join a threesome.

The lawsuit, which JPMorgan insists is entirely fabricated, reappeared in the Manhattan Supreme Court docket on Monday after being filed and then quickly pulled last week, according to the New York Post.

The new filing includes anonymous witness statements describing alleged encounters with Hajdini in September 2024, including one witness who claims Hajdini begged him to join her in the bedroom after waking him up in the middle of the night.

The accuser has also submitted his own statement, saying he should be allowed to stay anonymous due to PTSD, which was confirmed by executive psychotherapist Johnathan Alpert.
