Chicago Police Hunt 4 Suspects in Brutal Avondale Homicide

Authorities in Chicago are investigating the killing of 25-year-old Alexander "Xander" Kazanowski, who was found critically injured in the Avondale neighborhood on March 24. He later died after being taken to hospital.

Kazanowski's injuries were consistent with a fatal beating, according to Cook County Crime Stoppers. The Chicago Police Department is searching for four individuals believed to have been present around the time of the incident.

The suspects are described as three men and one woman seen near the scene. The men were wearing different clothing, including black jackets, baseball caps, and jeans, while the woman was wearing a black jacket and white pants.

Kazanowski, a father of one and expecting another child, was an entrepreneur who founded his company, Wurk Services, at age 19. His organs were donated, and a memorial service is scheduled for April 11 in South Barrington.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $10,000 reward for information that could help identify the individuals being sought.
