Democratic lawmakers, including Bernie Sanders, have raised concerns about Donald Trump's mental fitness after he posted a threatening message to Iran on Easter Sunday.
Trump's expletive-laden post prompted calls for his impeachment and consideration of the 25th Amendment, which allows the Vice President and Cabinet to declare the President unable to discharge his duties.
Sen. Sanders called Trump's statement 'the ravings of a dangerous and mentally unbalanced individual,' while Rep. Becca Balint said it's an indication that Republicans have accepted Trump's 'unhinged and unfit' behavior.
Other lawmakers, including Sen. Chris Murphy and Rep. Maxine Dexter, also expressed concerns about Trump's fitness for office and called on Republicans to act.
