Paris witnessed violent clashes on Saturday night after Paris Saint-Germain won the UEFA Champions League in Budapest, Hungary. Over 780 people were arrested as celebrating fans clashed on the streets.

Protestors set vehicles on fire in front of the Eiffel Tower, sparking flames and smoke. A viral video claimed PSG fans set the iconic landmark ablaze, but authorities confirmed the tower was not damaged.

French police detained 780 individuals and 57 officers suffered minor injuries in clashes across 16 cities. The Eiffel Tower suffered no damage, despite the chaos in the Champs Élysées neighborhood.

A vehicle-involved accident injured two people, and one to two shops were vandalized in other cities. The Paris town hall criticized the celebrations, calling for 'zero gatherings' in the future.
