The claims were made by an X account, which has previously made speculations about Erika Kirk and TPUSA.
Erika was widowed last year after her husband, Charlie Kirk, was fatally shot, and has since become the TPUSA CEO.
She denied claims of being intimate with Blake Wynn at the Beverly Hills Hotel, saying she was at home celebrating her son's 2nd birthday on May 14.
Blake Wynn also shut down the rumors, calling the source 'Helen Keller & AI-generated audio.'
Erika Kirk expressed her gratitude for Blake Wynn's continued support, saying he was a dear friend of her late husband's.
