Kick streamer Clavicular is facing serious trouble after shooting an alligator during a live stream in the Everglades. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission is investigating the incident.

According to reports, the group was traveling through the swamp when they saw the gator. One friend asked the streamer if he could kill the animal, but Clavicular did not wait for an answer before pulling his gun.

State Attorney General James Uthmeier has spoken out about the viral clip, warning that the act is a serious felony offense in the state of Florida. He stated that hunting alligators requires a special permit from the state authorities and that there are proper ways to hunt gators if you have permission.

Uthmeier called the stream imagery 'very careless and cocky' and warned that the state will prosecute this case to the fullest. Shooting an alligator without a permit is a third-degree felony, which could result in five years in a state prison cell.

Clavicular could also face another year in jail for shooting a gun in public, a separate crime in Florida. He has already been arrested for a different battery charge that night, and more charges are expected as the wildlife investigation moves forward.

The streamer's actions have caused a lot of anger across Florida, with many people calling for him to be banned forever.
