An arrest warrant has been issued against 35-year-old ICE agent Gregory Donnell Morgan Jr. for allegedly pointing a gun at a vehicle on a Minnesota highway in February.
Morgan Jr. faces felony assault charges in Hennepin County, Minnesota's largest county, and two second-degree assault charges were announced by Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty.
The incident occurred during Operation Metro Surge at the interchange of Highway 61 in Richfield, Minnesota.
Morgan Jr. is not in custody, and the arrest warrant is currently active.
