An Indian-origin Telugu man, Nagaraju Balkam, was apprehended in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA, as part of an undercover operation targeting online child predators.
According to official bodycam footage, the arrest took place on February 26, 2026, after 10 PM.
Balkam, 26, was charged with 'Sexual Exploitation of Children by Prostitution and Child Solicitation by Electronic Communication Device (Meets with Child)'. He was one of several individuals arrested during the multi-day operation.
Additional suspects, including Eduardo Ramirez, Harold Adams, and Tomas Cacjo, also face charges related to child solicitation.
The investigation remains active, and more suspects may be charged.
