Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has described his recent visit to Pakistan as 'very productive' and 'successful', amid uncertainty over the second round of peace talks to resolve the war in West Asia.
During his visit, Araghchi discussed with Pakistani leaders the direction and conditions for talks between the US and Iran to move forward.
The Iranian minister expressed confidence that consultations and coordination between Iran and Pakistan will be 'highly significant' in resolving the conflict.
Araghchi's visit to Pakistan came after he held talks with Sultan Haitham bin Tariq al-Said in Oman on security in the Strait of Hormuz and diplomatic efforts to end the Iran-US conflict.
