Leonid Radvinsky, the owner of OnlyFans, has died at 43 after a long battle with cancer, the company confirmed.
Radvinsky was a Ukrainian-American entrepreneur who rose to prominence after acquiring Fenix International Limited in 2018 and went on to serve as its director and majority shareholder.
He was also the founder of a venture capital firm, Leo, and supported several philanthropic projects globally, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and the West Suburban Humane Society.
OnlyFans, which he led to significant growth, operates on a model where it takes a 20% commission on most subscriptions and content sales, generating revenue of $1.4 billion in 2024.
