According to DownDetector, the outage began around 2:45 p.m. EDT on Monday, with over 15,000 reports by 3 p.m.
Users are experiencing disruptions to browsing, posting, and other site functions, with some reporting issues with the Reddit app and website.
One user reported being able to comment on their own post but unable to change the flair in a sub, while another said the site 'just crashed.'
A third person joked that they thought they had finally been banned, and another user reported that images weren't loading and they were unable to give upvotes.
Reddit has not yet responded to the outage reports.
