White House chief of staff Susie Wiles has been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer, according to President Donald Trump.

Despite her diagnosis, Susie will continue to work at the White House during her treatment, with Trump praising her 'strength and commitment' to her job.

Susie, who managed Trump's 2024 comeback campaign, has two children – Katie and Caroline – with her ex-husband Lanny Wiles, whom she divorced in 2017 after three decades of marriage.

Lanny, a graduate of North Carolina State University, has a background in politics and has worked at the White House for former US President Ronald Reagan.

Both Susie and Lanny's children are also involved in politics, with Katie working at the Jacksonville City Hall and Caroline serving as vice president of foreign affairs at lobbying firm Rubin Turnbull & Associates.
