US President Donald Trump has issued an ultimatum to Iran, warning that the country will be brought back to the 'Stone Age' if no deal is reached soon.
Trump shared a video of Iran's biggest bridge coming down, claiming it was a result of US strikes, and added that US forces have yet to begin 'destroying what's left in Iran.'
The strikes on the Iranian B1 bridge killed eight people and injured 95 who were gathered to celebrate 'Nature Day.'
Iranian officials condemned the destruction of civilian infrastructure, with Iranian foreign minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi saying that striking civilian structures will not compel Iranians to surrender.
Trump's statements come amid his efforts to present to the world that negotiations are on to stop the fighting and to get Iran to surrender, a claim not fully agreed to by the Iranian side.
