The latest medical examination of President Donald Trump has revealed that he is in 'excellent health' despite gaining weight. The 79-year-old President weighs 238 pounds, 14 pounds more than his weight in April 2025. White House Physician Dr. Sean Barbabella advised Trump to increase physical activity and make dietary changes to lose weight.

Although the report provided a favorable overview of Trump's general health, it did not mention a recent skin rash on the President's neck. Barbabella had previously attributed the rash to a 'very common cream' used as a 'preventive skin treatment' in March.

The report discussed Trump's chronic venous insufficiency and aspirin intake, but did not address the skin condition or the skin cream used. Barbabella suggested reducing Trump's aspirin dosage to mitigate cardiovascular risks.

Historically, Trump has shown hesitation in disclosing medical information, including during the 2024 campaign when he declined to provide medical records. In 2015, Trump's former physician, the late Dr. Harold Bornstein, issued a letter proclaiming Trump the 'healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency', which was later revealed to have been dictated by Trump himself.
