The White House memorandum describing President Trump's recent physical examination has raised concerns among physicians due to its lack of specificity. The report, released on Friday, stated that Trump 'remains in excellent health, demonstrating strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and overall physical function.' However, doctors have pointed out that the report lacks crucial information typically yielded from tests such as coronary CT angiography, echocardiogram, and artificial-intelligence-enhanced electrocardiogram analysis.

Physicians have expressed concerns that the report does not provide enough detail to fully assess Trump's cardiac health, including a calcium score, description of any plaque in the arteries, and a CAD-RADS score to assess narrowing in the arteries.

The report also lacks detail in other key areas, including Trump's cholesterol numbers and medication regimen, as well as his treatment for chronic venous insufficiency. The White House has defended the report, stating that it was intended to provide overall findings of Trump's examination and that the absence of specific results should be seen as confirmation that no clinically meaningful abnormalities were identified.

However, several physicians have expressed concerns that the report is incomplete and raises more questions than answers. 'That report is almost too good to be true for somebody of his age,' said Dr. William Shutze, a Texas vascular surgeon. 'This seems to be a filtered narrative.'
