A screenshot shared by independent journalist Aaron Parnas shows the app's text composition screen with the words 'Greatest President Ever!' already typed into the message field.
The feature, which was launched in March, has been mandated for all government phones, with the Trump administration requiring its installation on millions of devices.
Critics have accused the administration of excessive political branding and seeking constant validation, with some speculating that the app may also be functioning as spyware.
Cybersecurity experts have raised concerns about the app's vulnerabilities, including the sharing of users' IP addresses and time zones with outside services.
