Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha has spoken out against daily data limits in prepaid mobile recharge plans, calling for unused data to be carried forward into the next cycle.

Chadha made his demands in the Rajya Sabha, citing the issue of unused data expiring at midnight, despite being fully paid for.

He listed three key demands: the rollover of unused data, a mechanism for adjustment or discount for under-utilised data, and the ability to transfer unused data to relatives and friends.

Chadha has previously spoken out against the 28-day recharge cycle and the practice of cutting off incoming calls and SMS when a prepaid recharge expires.
