Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has begun revaluation for Class 12 examinations and has partnered with top agencies, including IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras, to oversee the On-Screen Marking (OSM) technology.
CBSE has also collaborated with four PSU banks for integrated payment gateways to support the process.
Pradhan acknowledged discrepancies in the results and accepted responsibility, promising corrective measures.
The government has assured students that officials will ensure no queries are left unresolved and accountability will be ensured at all levels.
CBSE introduced the digital evaluation system for transparency and student-centric reforms, but it faced criticism over alleged glitches and discrepancies.
The board defended the system, saying it is backed by a secure and robust IT platform that has undergone multiple quality and security checks.
