The appointment of lawyers for Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, and Durgesh Pathak in the Central Bureau Of Investigation's (CBI) appeal against their discharge in the excise policy case has been delayed again.

Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma did not hold court for the second time in a week, pushing the matter to Tuesday.

The delay comes after the trio wrote to the judge informing her of their decision to boycott the proceedings due to unresolved apprehensions.

The CBI had challenged the trial court's February 27 order discharging Kejriwal, Sisodia, and 21 others, holding that the CBI's material did not even disclose a prima facie case.
