Petrol and diesel prices have increased for the fourth time, with the retail price of petrol crossing the ₹100 mark in Delhi.
In Delhi, petrol prices have risen by ₹2.61 from ₹99.51 to ₹102.12 per litre, while diesel prices have gone up by ₹2.71 from ₹92.49 to ₹95.20 per litre.
The cumulative increase in petrol and diesel prices has climbed to nearly ₹7.5 per litre since daily fuel price revisions resumed on May 15.
With the global energy market remaining uncertain, the latest increase comes amid concerns over crude supply disruptions.
Rahul Gandhi has slammed Modi over the price hike, calling it a 'poll promise turned into a pocket attack on the public.'
