A shocking sex scandal has rocked the state of Goa after a 20-year-old man was arrested for sharing explicit photos and videos of girls, many of them minors.
As the investigation unfolds, it has emerged that two sisters, one a minor, have accused the accused of rape, and multiple victims have come forward.
The number of victims is estimated to be between 15 to 30, but the Congress has alleged that over 100 girls were assaulted by the accused over the past three years.
